This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (cybersparksolutions.com), support portal, ticketing system, and messaging services, and how we use, share, and protect it.
Information you provide directly:
Information collected automatically:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Our website includes an AI chat assistant. Conversations with the assistant are processed to answer your questions and, if you provide your name and email during the chat, to follow up with you. Do not share passwords, account credentials, or other sensitive secrets in chat. The assistant is a general help tool and does not have access to your CyberSpark service accounts.
If you opt in to text messaging, we collect your mobile number, carrier information, and message content as described in our SMS/RCS Messaging Terms of Service. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP."
We share personal information only as needed to operate our business:
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide services, respond to requests, and meet legal, accounting, or operational requirements. Support and ticket records are retained per our standard record-keeping practices; you may request deletion of your contact data at any time (see Section 9).
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitored infrastructure — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take protecting your data seriously as part of the managed security services we provide to our clients.
You may:
To exercise any of these rights, email ryan@cybersparksolutions.com or call (631) 246-0707. We will respond within a reasonable time. Residents of U.S. states with specific privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, Virginia CDPA, and Colorado CPA) have the rights described in those laws, and nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Our website uses minimal cookies and browser storage to remember chat state and site preferences during your visit. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Our site links to third-party services (such as our helpdesk portal). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Our services are intended for business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
